Vienna – Melk – Salzburg – Prague
Day 1 - Departure
Your adventure kicks off with an overnight flight to Vienna, Austria!
Day 2 - Arrive in Vienna
Once you land at Vienna Airport, you'll meet up with your friendly English-speaking guide. After transferring to your hotel, you can start soaking in the vibes of this stunning imperial city. Vienna has that perfect mix of old-school charm and modern energy, and it’s the birthplace of legends like Mozart and Beethoven. One of the first stops is Vienna’s Central Cemetery, where many great musicians are laid to rest. To top it off, enjoy a warm welcome dinner, followed by a cozy overnight stay in Vienna.
Day 3 - Vienna
Start your day bright and early with a beautiful morning recital at the iconic St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Afterward, you'll get to explore the city with a guided tour that includes a visit to the breathtaking Schönbrunn Palace, once the summer retreat for the Habsburgs. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon to wander around, and later, wind down the day with an evening concert at the Capuchin Church. Dinner awaits at a local restaurant—perfect way to end the day!
Day 4 - Melk & Salzburg
After breakfast, hit the road through the gorgeous Wachau Valley towards Melk. There, you’ll visit Melk Abbey—a stunning Baroque gem overlooking the Danube River. If you're lucky, there might be a brief informal recital in the abbey gardens. Then, it’s off to Salzburg, the city where Mozart was born and Baroque beauty reigns. Dinner and an overnight stay in Salzburg set the stage for more adventures.
Day 5 - Salzburg
Get ready for some “Sound of Music” magic as you take a tour, hitting spots like Mirabell Gardens and Lake Wolfgang. You’ll also have a guided city tour covering highlights like the Dom Cathedral and St. Peter’s Abbey, and of course, a chance to see Mozart’s birthplace. Later, enjoy an informal recital at Salzburg Cathedral, followed by some free time in the afternoon. Dinner and another overnight stay in Salzburg will ensure you’re well-rested for the next leg.
Day 6 - Český Krumlov to Prague
On the way to Prague, take a moment to explore the enchanting Czech town of Český Krumlov, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A walking tour through its medieval streets is a must-visit, including stops at St. Vitus and St. Nicholas Cathedrals. Then, you’ll arrive in Prague, the “City of a Hundred Spires.” It's brimming with culture, history, and breathtaking architecture. Dinner and overnight in Prague set you up for the next day's exploration.
Day 7 - Prague
Enjoy a guided city tour that dives into the history of Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter, and the famous Charles Bridge. Don’t miss visiting the Lobkowicz Palace, where you can check out an impressive collection of art and Beethoven manuscripts. In the afternoon, you’ll perform a concert at St. Nicholas Church, wrapping up with a lively farewell dinner at a traditional Czech restaurant, complete with folk music entertainment.
Day 9 - Departure
Finally, it’s time to say goodbye as you transfer to Prague International Airport for your flight back home. What an unforgettable journey!
